There are 5 tourist farms on Ruhnu island, which are located in the only village in the middle of the island. There is a sauna on Limo beach, which also offers accommodation.

Liise Farm Ltd operates in the former North-Hollingers farm since 1999. There are accommodation places for 22 people in the Liise farm´s camping house and in two renovated outbuildings (built in 1880 and 1933). In addition, there is a shop, sauna and catering in the farm and a cafe called Runö in the harbour.

Bulders tourist farm operates in the former East Bulders farm, which has accommodation places for 22–24 people, the farm has a sauna, two 6-person summer houses, a barn with 10 beds for spending the night and a double bed on the porch of the living house. A tourist farm is also operating in the former West Bulders farm.

Tiigi tourist farm is located on the shore of a small bond opposite the historical Korsi farm, which has sleeping places for 23 people. The guests can use the living house, summer house and outbuilding for staying overnight, there is a sauna and catering as well as a possibility for camping.

Ruhnu Holiday House is waiting for visitors on the edge of the village in the forest, it has places in the house and garden house for 6 people, the farm has a kitchen with all the necessary equipment and a sauna with a shower and toilet.

A log sauna completed in 2005 is located on Limo beach 30 metres from the sea, it can provide accommodation for 10 people.
